a couple blogs ago, i wrote about gina from skinny taste. she is a master of weight watcher recipes... and they are ALL so amazing. in the past couple weeks, we have tried a few more that i wanted to share with the blog world.
you really wanna make this recipes because it is amazing. and again, it makes a lot, so you will have yummy leftovers for atleast two more lunches.
another recipe of hers that i have come to love, and have already made twice, is her sweet potato fries. i don't know about you, but there are days that i just want some french fries... and really, sweet potato fries are not only delish but super healthy! and what goes better with fries than a burger on the grill???
now, before i post my pic, i must tell you about this burger. one of the trademark dishes here in the south is a burger with pimento cheese... yes, i know... i have never tried it until david made this one. oh. my. lord.
next time you make a burger, you should seriously just try it. it's more than amazing!!! we gave up ground beef a long time ago and only use 99 percent lean ground turkey. so he mixed that up with his spices and made us a turkey burger that was to die for, with chipotle sweet potato fries on the side.
it was a wonderful dinner on a beautiful evening.

and last but certainly not least... my all time favorite dinner on a warm day.... grilled steak or chicken kabobs on the grill... loaded with a ton of fresh veggies - served with corn on the cob! nothing says spring/summer quite like this!
the only things i need now is for my herbs to be ready so i can have a fresh mint plant and make mojito's with all these delish summer time dinners!
